How to Enter
Decorate your mailbox (or mini “mailbox” for juniors – e.g., shoebox, carton, or cardboard creation), and simply email a photo of your festive letterbox to tutukaka.nz@raywhite.com with your:
- Name
- Property Address
- Phone Number
- Category being Entered
Competition is open to all Tutukaka Coast residents.
Entries close at 5pm, Saturday 20 December 2025.

For junior category: children under 12 can decorate a mini ‘mailbox’ (a shoebox, carton, or cardboard creation).
All entries will also go into the ‘People’s Choice’ category – will also be voted on by the community in an online forum.
Winners will be announced on Monday 22 December 2025.
Terms & Conditions
- The organiser of this competition is Ray White Tutukaka (Dina Vink, Murray Coop, Leah Coop and Peter Vink).
- Competition is open to residents of the Tutukaka Coast. Junior entries must be created by children aged under 12, with parent or guardian consent.
- Entries must be original. All entrants must be the creator and owner of their submitted entry.
- Entrants are responsible for ensuring their decorations or creations are safe, stable, and securely constructed. All participants take part in this competition at their own risk.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
- Prizes will be awarded across the listed categories. No cash alternatives will be offered and prizes are not transferable. Organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value if necessary.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The People’s Choice Award will be determined by the highest number of public votes across the competition posts on facebook.com/vink.raywhite and facebook.com/RWMurrayCoop at 11pm on Sunday 21 December 2025.
- Any attempt to artificially inflate votes may result in disqualification.
- By entering, participants consent to their entry (including photos) being shared on Ray White Tutukaka’s social media channels and used in future marketing or promotional material. Entrants will not be entitled to royalties or payment for such use.
- The organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any theft, loss, injury, or damage to decorations, structures, or property related to this competition.
- Personal information supplied will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- The organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or entry.
