The strength of the Ray White Tutukaka Coast and Ray White Whangarei teams was proudly recognised at the 2025 Ray White New Zealand Annual Awards, held at Spark Arena in Auckland on 12 September.
Among more than 1,300 attendees from across the network, the local group celebrated multiple achievements – including the Market Share Excellence Award for the Tutukaka Coast, a reflection of the team’s growing success and expertise across Northland’s iconic coastal communities.
The Ray White Tutukaka team, made up of Dina Vink, Peter Vink, and Murray Coop, combines deep local knowledge with the strength of the wider Ray White Whangarei network. Each agent operates independently yet shares a common commitment to client care, market insight, and exceptional results for property owners and buyers along the Tutukaka Coast – from Ngunguru to Matapouri and beyond.
Across both offices, the Ray White Whangarei and Tutukaka team achieved standout results in the 2024/2025 financial year – facilitating over 616 property sales, conducting 417 auctions, and expanding their property management portfolio. Together, the offices continue to raise the bar for marketing innovation, customer experience, and performance in the Northland real estate market.

Beyond property results, the team remains deeply engaged with the community. Through their We Can Help With That initiative, they distributed over $25,000 in grants across 22 local projects, supporting more than 112,000 Northlanders. An additional $8,466 was raised for Ronald McDonald House Charities, alongside 350+ volunteer hours contributed to community events, fundraisers, and local initiatives.
