Ray White Hatea Loop Challenge

Entries are now open for the 2021/2022 Ray White Hatea Loop Challenge (with a splash of colour).  Originally scheduled for December 2021, this event has now been rescheduled to Thursday 17 February 2022.

Whangarei’s favourite workplace run/walk event, the Ray White Hatea Loop Challenge, is an annual event run by Sport Northland Events and celebrates the Hatea Loop Walk/Cycleway (Huarahi o te Whai) and Workplace Health

The 4.8km run/walk event is designed for workplaces to have fun, participate and challenge one another in a fun, festive and social atmosphere. Following the event teams gather for a relaxing barbecue to celebrate their achievements and socialise with live entertainment.

To participate in the Ray White Hatea Loop Challenge you have to enter as part of a workplace team. There are a range of industry categories in which you can enter to challenge fellow workplaces and departments – plus a special category for the ‘Big Bosses’. To be eligible for entry you must enter through a registered workplace. Participants must be employed by the workplace or be an immediate family of an employee. Teams can be made up of 3 or more employees/immediate family members, and must be 14 years and older. The total team price is the total of all individual entries for that workplace team. Each participant must fill out a separate entry form. To participate in the Ray White Hatea Loop Challenge you have to enter as part of a workplace team.
