Our Awards

Some believe that success breeds success. At Ray White Allens, we believe it has to be worked for, all day, every day. We never stray from our goal of wanting to be the best in the business. The awards and accolades seem to flow naturally from following this philosophy.

Our real estate agents marketing properties across Northland - from the world famous Tutukaka Coast, across Whangarei and through to Bream Bay - are amongst the best in New Zealand.

Below you'll find a few of our team members who were recongised at this years internal Allens Awards.  We look forward to the 2012 Awards when we can celebrate under the new name Ray White Allens and celebrate not only our local achievements, but hopefully too regional and national successes - as we strive to give your property the bext possible coverage, and ultimately achieve the best possible sales result for you.

Allens Awards

The 2011 Allens Awards were held on Friday 20 May at Parua Bay - and the Allens team were out en masse.  Themed "Shaken Not Stirred" the event recognised the significant challenges faced in both the real estate industry and by the people of Christchurch.

Asked to dress in red and black in support of our fellow Cantabrians, and in lieu of gifts to our award winners, the Allens Team instead made a further $1,000 donation to the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal.

The Allens Awards were established to honour the achievements of individual real estate agents and team members.  It is these team members who consistently adhere to high standards of good practice in serving their customers, fellow colleagues, employees and the communities in which they do business.

And the winners are...

Two other awards were also presented to the Allens Team by PropertyPlus.  The "PropertyPlus: Excellence in Marketing" Award was won by the Allens Commercial Team of Gary Sims and Richard Hall, and the second award for "Consistency in Brand Marketing" was won by Toni Sherwood.

(Just in case you were wondering about the ladybird outfits - yes, Janet Watters and Cheryl Hayes aka "The Ladybirds" took out the best dressed award thanks to some expert seamstressing by Janet.)
